The Conference programme, speaker line-up, session times, topics, venue arrangements, key dates and fees published on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Speakers listed may become unavailable, and sessions may be added, altered, rescheduled or withdrawn. We will endeavour to publish material changes on this website and to notify registered participants, but we are not liable for any loss arising from such changes.
5. Cancellation, postponement and force majeure
The Organising Committee reserves the right to alter, postpone, relocate or cancel the Conference, in whole or in part, including for reasons beyond our reasonable control such as public health measures, government directives, venue unavailability, natural events, civil disruption or failure of essential services.
Where the Conference is cancelled or postponed, our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Use. We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, visa or other costs or losses incurred by participants.
